At the gym this morning I greeted the main desk guy (who’s there every morning Monday to Friday) and after he scanned my card he said, “Happy birthday man.” I guess the computer screen told him. He asked, “What are you gonna do?” and I said, “Dinner and probably Raging Waters with some friends.” Unsatisfied with my answer, he immediately said, “What?! You gotta get hammered man. C’mon it’s your birthday, gotta get hammered.” I would have laughed but the 24 hour fitness guy telling me to get sloshed?!

I just worked out at 24 hour fitness this morning with Tom and my body hated it for the first 10 minutes… I guess my body isn’t used to physical activity in the mornings. Anyway, while working out I heard Clay Aiken’s distinctive voice on the gym-wide radio. So his songs are finally getting played. Where’s Ruben??
